Mr. Bru retired as Vice Chairman of PepsiCo, a food and beverage company in 2005. He joined PepsiCo in 1976 and held position within the United State and the Middle East. Mr. Bru served from 1999 to 2003 as President and Chief Executive Officer and from 2003 to 2004 as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Frito-Lay Inc., a division of PepsiCo. Prior to leading Frito-Lay, Mr. Bru led PepsiCo's largest international business, Sabritas Mexico, as President and General Manager from 1992 to 1999. He holds an AMP in Financial Administration from the Mexican Institute of Banking and Finance, AMP from Kellogg’s Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the City College of New York. Mr. Bru is a member of the board of directors of S.C. Johnson & Son Inc., The Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Education is Freedom.
