Marcia Page EIF PRESIDENT & CEOMs. Page has recently joined EIF and brings with her extensive experience in the field of urban education initiatives. Prior to joining EIF, Ms. Page was the President and CEO of the Foundation for Community Empowerment (FCE) in Dallas, Texas as a loaned executive from Texas Instruments. During her tenure at FCE she honed the foundation’s strategic vision to build communities, enact systemic change and utilize research. Specifically, she spearheaded the Dallas Achieves initiative for the Dallas ISD and worked directly with the district to improve the effectiveness and capacity of school principals. She holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and executive management certificates from Harvard University and the University of Indiana.
